Have you ever been to The Cheesecake Factory? Seriously, if you haven’t you should go. The design is beautiful, very ornate, colorful, and gives me something to always look at and I am just talking about their restrooms, you should see the rest of the restaurant. Joking aside, the service is great, the waiters are friendly, and they have great cheesecakes. To further add to the grandeur of the place, they have a huge menu selection, which makes it hard for me to decide at times, but whatever plate you do choose they do not skimp on the servings (one plate is really made for three people).
Anyhow, last night I had dinner with a few photographers, Jen, Stacey, and Nhi, whom I met at the Free to Succeed Tour a week ago. We sat, shared, and talked about our photography business, how we got started, and what we are doing now to make it grow. I really enjoyed those couple hours. I felt like it was similar to the huge servings given to us at the restaurant, there was plenty of information to share with others. So now we are trying to make this a monthly meet-up hoping that other photographers will join us and share their stories.
So thank you guys again and I look forward to seeing you guys and hopefully some new faces in a month. Take care.

Hey Thao… I was at the Free to Succeed tour stop last week as well… bummer we didn’t get to meet, but I love the idea of a monthly meet-up so definitely let me know when the next one is. Talk to you soon.

Hi Thao,
I just went to Free to Succeed Tour last night in L.A. and omg I am still thinking about all the great information DJ provided. He knows exactly where we struggle as new photographers and he gives great solutions. Not only was it informative but his presentation was funny and very inspirational. Anyhow, please add me to your list for monthly photographers meetings. I think its a great idea and would love to participate.
