I know WPPI 2009 is over, but here are some pictures of a shoot I did at Red Rock Canyon with some pretty amazing photographers and models. First of all I want to say thank you to Ryan Christensen who put the shoot together for us photographers (BTW Ryan just had a baby girl today so shoot over to his blog so say congratulations). I also want to say thank you to Laura Marchbanks for getting the models for the shoot. And lastly, thank you to the models (Kimberly & Jake, Anesia, Jackie and Jasmine) for bearing the cold desert weather for us photographers. You guys are all amazing.
I had an absolute blast at the shoot. Like I said before, it was my first time to WPPI and this was a great way to start it out. I look forward to seeing all the great photographers I met at WPPI next year and hopefully we can do another fun and crazy shoot. Take care everyone.

Great shots! Wow – I wish we had rocks like that here in Austin!
Beautiful!! Great job, Thao!
Thanks Eric, I believe there are some cool red-like rock formations between here and Houston. I need to check it out to make sure.
Thanks Tara, I can’t wait to see yours. It was so much fun…
Great shots!! Next year I need to hit up the photo excursions. I’m loving these!
Fantastic shots Thao! Seriously, the best I’ve seen from the shoot so far
Thank you, I am hoping there is one at the neon sign graveyard. That would be awesome. I’ll definitely email you if anything comes up. Take care.
Oh Cathy, you are too kind:) That was an awesome shoot and you definitely rocked it too. I really love your picture of Jasmine and the reflection, that was stunningly beautiful and my favorite of all that I have seen.
Can’t wait for next year. Are you coming to States anytime this year? Anyhow, hope you have a great one and please take care. =)
