Gavin was just the case, he would play with his toy cars for several minutes, then run to go up and down the slide a couple times, he would then ride is scooter to only throw the scooter down several minutes later and return to playing with his cars.  He wanted to fly the kite, feed the ducks, blow bubbles, eat grapes then honey bears, play in the water to only tell his mom, after putting on his swimming shorts and water shoes, that he didn’t want to play in the water no more.

You truly don’t know what to expect with kids, but at least you get to see their faces light up with each activity they decide to do. Enjoy.

]]> http://thaodtran.com/blog/2009/01/gavin/feed/ 0 cooper & lane http://thaodtran.com/blog/2008/12/cooper-lang/ http://thaodtran.com/blog/2008/12/cooper-lang/#comments Wed, 31 Dec 2008 04:34:58 +0000 Thao a.k.a "Theo" http://thaodtran.com/blog/?p=476 Cooper & Lane were fun to work with.  Only a couple years apart, Cooper & Lane have two very different personalities.  Right when we got to the park, Cooper was off running and talking 100mph playing the slides, the swings, the kids fire truck, while Lane was casually walking around eyeing the whole park and calmly watching his older brother run a blur.

Just running around to keep up with Cooper was a workout.  He was constantly moving and I am just glad my lens was fast enough to capture Cooper and his excitement.  Whenever I wanted to catch a breather, I would turn to Lane, who was very easy to shoot since he was so calm and serene.  Lane was content standing in one spot, occasionally sipping from his drinking cup and slowly moving around the park.

I really enjoyed having the two personalities during the shoot.  Both personalities seem to create a balance that made the day very interesting. Enjoy.
